The Women’s Leadership Committee online business meeting will be livestreamed on YouTube for county Farm Bureau women to watch. The video above will go live once the meeting starts.
Voting delegates must participate on Zoom using a computer, tablet or smartphone using the instructions sent to them.
Business Meeting
Due to the cancelation of the 2020 in-person Oklahoma Farm Bureau convention, the OKFB Women’s Leadership Committee will host its annual business meeting on Thursday, Nov. 5 at 12 p.m.
OKFB WLC voting delegates will conduct business, including the election of a new chair.
Voting delegates for the WLC business meeting will be registered for the Zoom meeting and will receive a notification via email with instructions on how to join the Zoom meeting. Delegates must use the Zoom platform to vote.
WLC Business Meeting agenda
The meeting will adhere to the following agenda:
- Call to order
- Roll call of WLC delegates
- Approval of the minutes of the previous meeting
- Election of WLC chairman
- Announcement of WLC delegates to serve at the AFBF 2021 virtual annual meeting
- Farm and Ranch Family Recognition
- Program of Work winners
- Adjourn
Farm Bureau women who are not voting delegates but wish to participate in the business meeting may view the stream on this web page on Thursday, Nov. 5 at 12 p.m.
District Caucus Meetings
WLC delegates in OKFB districts 1, 4 and 7 will elect a district representative to serve on the state Women’s Leadership Committee at the in-person district caucus meetings on Thursday, Nov. 5 at 5:30 p.m.
Delegates must attend the in-person caucus meetings to vote on a district WLC representative. The in-person caucus meetings will be held at the same locations as the in-person district meetings.
