OKFB cancels 2020 ag tour to north central Oklahoma
With the health and safety of members in mind, Oklahoma Farm Bureau has opted to cancel the upcoming OKFB ag tour scheduled for May 6-8 to North Central Oklahoma. The annual three-day event is an opportunity for OKFB members to learn more about agriculture within the state, experience regional agribusinesses and industries, while offering ideas that can be applied to their own agricultural operation. 2020 OKFB Congressional Action Tour cancelled
Out of an abundance of caution, the Oklahoma Farm Bureau board of directors has decided to cancel the 2020 OKFB Congressional Action Tour trip to Washington, D.C., along with the planned add-on trip to New York City. Due to the ongoing health situation surrounding the Coronavirus and COVID-19, especially in the cities of Washington, D.C., and New York City, the trip will not be held during its planned dates, March 26-29, 2020.
