Each year at its annual convention, Oklahoma Farm Bureau recognizes various individuals for leadership, service and excellence within the organization and the agricultural industry. OKFB would not be the same without the hard work and effort of the individuals receiving these awards.
New this year, all awards will be presented in the opening general session on Friday, Nov. 13. OKFB invites all members to attend and honor the award recipients. Below is a list of awards given and a description of each.
Lewis H. Munn Award
Known as the Farm Bureau Builder’s Award, the award is named for OKFB’s second state president who served for 22 years. It is presented every year to the county excelling in the program area of service to members.
Golden Eagle Award
This award is given to recognize volunteer membership recruitment and is awarded to the individual who signs up the most new members in a year.
