Our Young Farmers & Ranchers held their annual caucus on Saturday, Oct. 24 at the Renaissance Oklahoma City Convention Center Hotel.
YF&R members elected district representatives and a state YF&R chair, and held their discussion meet.
Our Women’s Leadership Committee will hold their annual business meeting via Zoom on Thursday, Nov. 5 at 12 p.m. for WLC delegates to conduct business, including the election of a new WLC chair.
Participation information has been provided to WLC business meeting delegates.
The OKFB board of directors voted to postpone the organization’s policy development process until 2021, meaning the OKFB policy book will remain unchanged through next year’s annual meeting.
County Farm Bureau members are encouraged to continue submitting policy ideas to the home office to inform board members and staff of the wishes and ideas of members. The state board of directors also is able to provide direction to staff in enacting grassroots policy.
