Kiowa County Farm Bureau sponsors teens to the OFB Summer Safety Camp/Outdoor Adventure, as well as awards for the Kiowa County Junior Livestock Show. Kiowa County has an active women’s committee that participates in several county activities.
The county’s top crops and livestock are wheat, cotton, alfalfa hay and cattle. Kiowa County is home to the Kiowa County Historical Museum and the Shortgrass Playhouse.
